To assist Premix Concrete in providing high quality concrete and service we have developed processes and adopted principals of a recognised International Standard for Quality - ISO 9001:2000. (Premix Concrete is certified to ISO9001:2000 by an accredited certification body) From the initial customer request, production of their concrete is controlled and planned. Premix Concrete SA use established and proven documented procedures to control our sales, production, delivery and administrative processes. In addition to our own "in house" monitoring Premix Concrete are independantly audited every 6 months by an accredited certification body which provides us with a report of their findings. |

Product quality is dependant on skilled and experienced staff, controlled production processes and high quality raw materials. Premix Concrete SA employ only experienced drivers, and our management team have specific expertise in their work areas. Our chosen materials suppliers have a record of supplying good, consistent materials, which conform to our standards. Supplier quality is continuously analysed to ensure Premix Concrete SA recieve the materials they require. Product (and production process) quality are continously monitored by Premix Concrete SA undertaking daily field testing of concrete supplied to customers. Samples of concrete are taken, then stored and tested in our own temperature controlled laboratory. A subsequent statistical analysis of the results is undertaken to ensure we continue to meet our customer's needs. | |
